What changes are waiting events organized by the members of the Lithuanian rural network?

All the planned events have to be postponed until the quarantine regime is applied in the Republic of Lithuania. The National Paying Agency (NPA) has to be notified about any postponement of events by an official letter and additionally by e-mail: [email protected]. The LRN members implementing the projects have a possibility to apply for postponement of terms of payment applications regarding implementation of the projects, without refunding of the paid advance payment. When NPA receives the aforementioned applications and considers that the activities indicated in the application cannot be carried out because of the announced quarantine, it undertakes to allow postponing terms for submission of payment applications and not to refund the advance payment, and to apply extraordinary circumstances for the projects, the implementation terms of which are coming to an end, by postponing their deadlines for 12 months.
