Recommendations for the pick-up points

Regardless to the model of activities, the employees of the pick-up points of food and other products are allowed:

• to give food and other products to the coming user directly;

• to put the baskets of food and other products (or other packages) into the car of the coming user;

• upon pre-agreement, to leave food and other products for the user without employees of the pick-up points being present (in “food machine” or other smart device, or in other agreed place).

It should be noted that when the goods are picked up, it is necessary to sign documents (for example, conveyance-acceptance deed of goods, invoice, etc.). Thus, we recommend to leave the documents for signing together with the goods and to instruct to leave the signed documents in special post box, other place, or to send their copy by e-mail.
