How will announcement of quarantine affect submission of applications, inspections and declaration of crop?

The inspections performed by authorities will be postponed by two weeks at the least. The time of crop declaration will be probably corrected. The farmers’ community and municipal representatives will be notified thereof in the nearest future. We remind to the applicants about possibility to declare their crop from home.
