How to carry out cadastral measurements of the land lots in Lithuania during the quarantine?

The surveyor carrying out cadastral measurements of the land lot during the quarantine in Lithuania has to observe the recommendations listed in Resolution No. 207 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of 14 March 2020 “On announcement of quarantine in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania”. Besides, when the surveyor marks boundaries of the land lot during the quarantine in Lithuania, s/he cannot invite any persons to marking of the land lot’s boundaries; however, according to sub-paragraph 32.1.1.2 of the Regulations, s/he should send a copy of the marking deed of the land lot’s boundaries and a fragment (extract) from the land lot’s plan for information by registered mail to the witnesses.
