Are there any obstacles to get phytosanitary certificates for exported vegetative production?

The State Plant Service under the Ministry of Agriculture is accepting applications for phytosanitary certificates for the vegetative production exported to third countries during the quarantine in the remoted mode – via the information system of Phytosanitary Register (FRIS) or by e-mail address of the unit of the State Plant Service, in the territory of which the exported cargo is located.
